Welcome to Lifely ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and AI Twin service (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Lifely is operated from the United Kingdom and these Terms are governed by English law.

2. Service Description

Lifely provides an AI-powered personal development and self-reflection tool. Our Service creates a personalised "AI Twin" based on information you provide, which you can interact with for self-discovery and personal growth purposes.

Important Disclaimer: Lifely is a self-help and personal development tool only. It is NOT:

  • A medical device or service
  • A substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or counselling
  • A crisis intervention service
  • A diagnostic tool for any medical or psychological condition

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using Lifely, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscription and Payments

Lifely offers both free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund, unless you have already begun using the premium features

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Lifely and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lifely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
